While he lost his natural voice, the canon is a rather futuristic one and there are already ways to produce a voice with modern technology. Why did the Vullards fix most of him but not that? It would also help to know why they brought him back: simple benevolence, his usefulness, or something else? We understood that he lives near the Vullards, but what exactly is his lifestyle with them like? We'd appreciate seeing how that's affected his development since coming back to life and having to cope with his trauma.
Besides the question about voice, we'd like some more detail on the cybernetics. You mentioned weapons; what kinds does he have? What body parts does this affect, etc.
